30,000 sqft, multi-level tenant improvement for additional office space for a growing software company in San Francisco. The project addressed levels of flexibility and openness for a highly collaborative team that also needed private or acoustically separate spaces for increased productivity.

​Phone booths for video conferences, semi-enclosed corner collaboration rooms, and a Board Room that could be configured in multiple ways, with high levels of digital conferencing technology to convene a global team. 

​

The project was permitted weeks before the 2020 Covid closures that required our team to adapt to video-based site-visits, and creative ways of solving constructability issues that arose during the process, with high-levels of communication and trust-building with the contractor to achieve the desired level of craft and quality.
